15 Hour Distance:
Outtakes

Picture
Outtakes. Salon 1112, Institute of Contemporary Arts, Sg, 2012
These small canvases reflect a meditation of home as a virtual landscape: an intimate experience of space and time lived through a Skype window.

Outtakes is an installation of selected figurative paintings that grew out of the larger abstract oveure of work that makes up 15 hour Distance. Comparable to extra scenes found under the "Bonus" section in the DVD release of a feature film, they remain visually exclusive  mis-en-scenes.
